Southgate Glass

We got our kitchen slider and 4 windows replaced and Southgate did a terrific job! Jim Boller did a great job educating us on our options and helping us choose the best type of installation for us. We went with "new construction" style as we wanted the framing to look as close to uniform with the rest of our windows. The crew came in and removed the old windows/frames and installed new ones in 2 days. The lathe crew did a great job and paint matched our house paint so well, that we cannot even tell it is not original. There was some slight back and forth with the office and the city regarding permitting, but Frances took care of it for us and was very helpful. We felt the price was reasonable and hit the sweet spot with other quotes we got. I would definitely recommend them.

Southgate Glass did a great job with my shower glass enclosure. Tom in Sales was a pleasure to work with and Antonio in the Service Department was very professional throughout the installation process. I went with the Frameless design and Diamond Fusion glass. Glass has a nice tint and looks amazing.

I went to have a screen door remade. I brought it in on Tuesday May 26 2026. The man at the counter said it would be finished on Wednesday. I said I would pick it up on Thursday. I went in and was informed they didn't get it finished this is a 6 1/2 by 2 1/2 screen four pieces of aluminum. I was not happy. I had to go back Friday to now get it. I picked it up Friday got it home and noticed they had just put a new piece of plastic in the aluminum corner and a screen. They didn't even wipe it down dog hair and dirt still in the groves. I went back and they cut the price in half which ended coasting me $30.00 for a screen that I could have done myself for a few dollars the original cost was $69.00 and I let it go as I was getting all new parts. Never again
