The Window Guild

Very impressed with The Window Guild. They were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Even when unexpected problems came up during the process. They explained everything in detail so both the owner and I (the tenant) could understand and make the correct decision and get the job done right. Great service from start to finish. Really happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend them to anyone. And use them again in a heartbeat.

The Summary: Adel and his team were a pleasure to work with. I couldn't recommend them enough, as they listened to our vision, provided thoughtful feedback/recommendations, had excellent customer service, and kept a clean job-site. I would recommend them every time, based on our experience. Furthermore, if I ever have any window related work in the future, Adel and The Window Guild will be my first call. The Story: We spoke with multiple vendors about replacing our windows. The common theme amongst the various vendors was that they had their own vision on the work that was being requested. When Adel from The Window Guild came to provide a bid, he spent the time to listen to what we wanted, as well as where we were hoping to be, in terms of price. He provided a few suggestions on what we requested, which we found to be thoughtful and useful. The moment he left, my wife and I knew we were going to work with Adel and The Window Guild. After accepting Adel's bid, we had a final measurement and patiently waited for our windows to arrive. For what it's worth, the windows arrived earlier than anticipated. As an unexpected bonus, we received a text message with images of our windows having just been delivered to the shop. Once the windows arrived, the office staff at The Window Guild were in contact with us, and we were able to schedule our installation date. As the installation date came closer, we were in communication with The Window Guild staff. They provided a timeline, expected hours of work, and what they needed from us prior to arrival. I had a few questions along the way, which were always answered promptly. As for the window installation, the whole process took five business days. Since these were new construction windows, this involved stucco removal, window replacement, stucco patching, and window sill replacement. The one thing that impressed me the most was the cleanliness of the installation crew. Construction, as a general rule, is messy and dirty. At the end of each business day, The Window Guild crew took the time to clean-up. Materials to be used the next day were neatly organized, trash was removed from the job-site, and the work areas were cleaned (wiped down and vacuumed). Construction can be stressful, but their attention to detail really made the process stress-less. The house has a new look that we couldn't be happier with. We attribute this to Adel and and his team. Overall, the process was easy. Having worked with different companies and crews over the years, Adel and The Window Guild are at the top, because they took the time to listen, were communicative, and clean. I couldn't recommend them enough. It's a great company with really good employees. I don't think you can go wrong with The Window Guild.

I called Adel the owner to have him install two sliding patio doors as well with one pre-hung door and they did a great job. He was on time yo start and work hours overtime to get the job done. Great job!!
