Patio sliding door repair completed. Excellent administrative team who were able to counsel/facilitate from estimate to repair. They are on point with scheduling and advanced notice ahead of appointments. Service tech, Kevin, know his trade well! A genuine professional, who takes pride in his work. He did a great job providing counsel during estimate phase, and then knocked it out of the park with the service repair. Door is smooth as butter now and the lock finally works after 2 years of trying to fix it on my own. Great communicator, efficient and quality work, overall cool dude who was in and out in no time.
