Called about a broken 1974 Dodge Van, door window. Nice lady took the call and was able to find a new, replacement window somewhere locally the same day. She scheduled an install appointment for early the next day. Guy arrived on time, cleaned up all the glass. Installed new window, glued a rusted part on door mechanism. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, finished in 35-45 minutes....Wow! Payment covered by State Farm Comprehensive insurance. Valley Glass is a "preferred vendor" of State Farm In surance. Good team effort by everyone! I can't wait to break my next window.....

Great Customer Service from the Staff here at Central Valley Glass & Screen ,especially from Ruby,Dave and Chenda And I can not forget about Kris who was my Delivery Driver when I started with you guys ,he is now the warehouse manager and continues to be of help! ! I do deal with other local companies and it seems as the years go by customer service is going down the drain for some companies but Not here and I appreciate their Work from Start to Finish!
