Window Installation by The Home Depot

Purchased two barn doors including the installation services on Homedepot.com. Was skeptical about the process but it actually worked! One star off because of two reasons: 1. The unclear process was not clear initially, and could use some additional descriptions on the website; 2. There was a delay/pause inbetween due to the parts failure found on the installation day. However we couldn't get a clear response from the local Homedepot until four days later, then waited for another week for the replacement being ready. It'd be great if this process can be fine tuned to enhance the communication gap.

Our glass interior door was installed with a 5 star experience! I was so impressed with all the communication and updates to our project. Everything was taken care of perfectly. I was so happy with the entire process. I’m very glad to leave an outstanding review!

Door installation went well. From Planning door type to answering my questions, Sarah was always prompt and professional. Installers did a good job from being on time, cleaning up and ensured all requirements such as locks I provided were installed. Pleased with the overall service provided at time of installation. However days later, The door isn’t closing properly—it’s misaligned with the lock. As a solution, we figured lifting the door slightly up are we able to get the door securely shut and locked. Called Home Depot to report issues and hopefully it will be resolved quickly and a quick fix.
