Keith, the new owner was great. I ordered one window from Keith. He gave me the ins and out of window selection and showed me with comparisons why he sells the best of breed windows. The order came on time and was promptly delivered without any fuss. I very much like the customer service I got from Keith. The service and the price was great in comparison to another window dealer I did business recently. With the kind of service and pricing I got on a sample order, I am now slated to order some forty more windows and doors for my project from Keith. I recommend Keith, without reservation for all your window services - for replacement of windows in existing home of office buildings or installation of new windows in newly build homes of offices

The Window Specialists gave me excellent service and the installers did a fantastic job. The whole process from quote to finish was made very easy by Keith Perry, owner of the company. Very knowledgeable, very nice guy. Now I have fabulous new windows! Energy efficient - MUCH cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter - and so quiet! When I bought my home 20 years ago, it had the original single pane windows. The frames no longer closed tightly and air leaked in. I didn't have the money to afford new windows. I had one cracked window that had to be replaced immediately. Then Keith from The Window Specialists told me about the HERO Program, which finances your energy-efficient renovation project for up to 20 years and does payments through your property tax bill. I can do small payments over many years instead of going broke paying many thousands all at once!

Trying to get people to bid on a 1 window job was a pane (get it?) until I contacted Jim Ford at the Window Specialists. He called back right away and made an appointment at our convenience the next day. Not only did he NOT try to sell me the new window I thought I needed, but gave me a reference to someone who could replace a pane of glass without replacing the entire window. Amazing service. Will be calling him for our next big job.
