Every interaction I've had with this business has been great. The owner really knows his stuff. A few years back he helped with a custom piece of glass that I needed for a glass enclosed shower. He not only told me how to measure the glass I needed but also what hardware I needed to purchase in order to put it together. This alone saved me nearly $2,000 since other companies told me what I was trying to do required a custom made shower installed by a professional. Even the manufacturer of the shower door wasn't as helpful as this business was. Recently, I brought in an old window sash that had a cracked piece of glass. I was expecting to get in a couple days, but he repaired it right on the spot. I came back in an hour and half and it was done! They are really affordable, as well. I also broke the window balance while putting it back in, so I called to see if they carried this special part. He knew the exact brand name and researched where I could find it. (Just a side note, let them know that you are coming in since this place is so old school they actually leave for onsite repairs and there may not be anyone in the office. He was back exactly when he said he would return, though!) Excellent customer service and value!!

I agreed to the quote and arranged for Dennis to come to my house to do the needed measurements to repair a few windows. Although we had talked several times that day to confirm he would be there he never showed up or gave me a call to let me know he was not coming. Very poorly run organization.
