I had an absolutely fantastic experience with GVD Renovations. The exterior of my house had some pretty bad wood rot, and to be honest, it was overwhelming trying to find the right company capable of tackling the whole project. They were super accommodating with a few unique requests, like repairing our rotted eaves and installing windows and doors that I had already purchased myself. They basically handled everything I wanted done to the exterior, and the house looks incredible now. Their pricing was very fair, and they worked incredibly fast and efficiently. The crew on-site had amazing attention to detail, especially when it came to flashing everything exactly to James Hardie specifications. I actually read up on those specs beforehand thinking I could DIY it, so I knew exactly what to look for, and they absolutely nailed it. I'm so glad I left it to the pros.

Absolutely 10/10 experience with GVD Renovations. They replaced all of our siding, repaired hidden dry rot that was found after demolition, and also replaced our fascia boards and soffits. We also changed 5 upstairs windows, and it completely changed the look and feel of the house for the better. Couldn’t recommend GVD Renovations enough.

The installation crew truly went above and beyond our expectations. They did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day, made sure gates were always secured, and clearly communicated what the next steps would be. Their craftsmanship was impressive, with excellent attention to seam placement, sealing, and final touch-up painting. Our overall experience with GVD Renovations was outstanding. The new siding looks amazing, and I would absolutely recommend this company.
