Nor Sac Glass Company

Avoid to deal with this company, honestly. I paid more than $2800 for three windows replaced caused by the failure seals. After just days of the installation, noises started to came out. The material and way they installed the double pane window is less than professional. The double sided tape they used is just not strong or sturdy enough to hold 65” square window. When the winds blew, low frequency noise started to rattling and when I used my finger to touch it, the whole 65” glass can actually move! No way, they fixed it but the another 56” has a big crack shows up after around 3 months without any exterior impacts to any of its surfaces. Finally, they send me a bill for other $800+ to replace. Nah… no more… I’m done..

Nor Sac Glass was fantastic from start to finish. Owner Rob was amazing to work with--responsive, honest, and genuinely invested in getting the details right. He walked me through options, timelines, and costs with zero pressure, and the team was incredibly patient as I sorted out my budget. They even worked with me on a payment plan, which made the whole project stress-free. Installer Justine did an excellent job at my home. The craftsmanship shows: clean lines, tight fits, and meticulous attention to detail. The work area was kept neat, communication was clear, and everything was completed when promised. The star of the project is my new stair rails--Nor Sac Glass turned them into a true dream feature. They're sturdy, elegant, and exactly what I pictured (actually, better). It's rare to find a company that delivers on quality, communication, and customer care all at once, but Nor Sac Glass did. Highly recommend Rob, Justine, and the whole team.

I had a window replaced by this company yesterday, paid $453.30, then at 8:47pm last night they charged my card again for $30.95 and I can't get them to return my calls now. Not sure what's going on but it feels incredibly shady!
