Unique Glass

I have used Unique Glass 3 times already. The person I spoke with to handle scheduling and processing orders is very nice and helpful. I left a message before and got a call back within and hour or two and the scheduling for an estimate was within a day or two. Once the measurements are taking, you will get a call with the estimate. For me it has been at least a day to 3 days to get the estimate. Pricing is fair. It does take maybe a week or 2 for the window to arrive at their shop, but that is expected (I had one other company who gave me an estimate of $1,500 for 1 window and it would take 3 months for the window to arrive). So I went with Unique Glass since they would have the window sooner and cheaper. During the install day, the installer was always on time, professional and cleaned up after himself. I called Unique Glass about 3 weeks ago. I needed to have some screen measurements done on an older home, which had no screens. I was told they would call me the following week, to schedule an appointment for someone to stop by and take measurements. I never received the message. If I need screens in the future I would consider giving them another opportunity.

I called Unique Glass requested a quote for a shower door on June 29, Tuesday. The next day, June 30, a guy came out and measured it. I didn't hear back from them, so I called again July 5, Tuesday. Their business line went straight to voicemail. I tried again the next day and had the same problem. Then, July 6, the lady called me from a different number and said they had to remeasure the door again because they had an issue with their supplier. The guy came the same day (July 6) made condescending and rude remarks while measuring. Again, a week goes by. I tried calling few times. The number rings but nobody picks up. The lady calls again after a week today July 12 and finally gives me a quote 2 weeks after my initial call. But her guy has to come measure again a third time? Just seems weird why they can't seem to measure correctly the first time around and why they don't answer their business line.
