Katrina and Steve and the entire team were great. Great communication and follow up. I had a couple of issues 1 year after the install and with one call they took care of everything quickly. Vinewood was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend them. 9/29/23 Haley is very easy to work with and is a great communicator. Matt and Michael did a great job with the repairs. The awning is awesome and customer service was excellent. We initially had a few issues, but the office personnel as well as the owner of the company corrected it as soon as possible. They even went as far as fabricating additional parts, at no charge to me, to make sure it fits perfectly. I highly recommend this company and the team of professionals who run the office as well as the friendly installers. My last post was an average because I got a text saying that the job was completed., however, the product arrived 10 minutes after the post and was installed. They did a great job and were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Vineyard. We have had them do four jobs for us and we are never disappointed.
