Paul's Glass Co

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Paul’s Glass Co. They’ve replaced windows and doors in both of our houses now. Most recently they replaced our windows and our front door with beautiful black aluminum windows, and the entire experience was amazing! From the first phone call to the final installation, everyone was great… The ladies in the office were friendly and helpful, the sales team was very knowledgeable and never pushy (but perfectly attentive), and the installers were professional. You can tell they took pride in their work! The pricing was also very competitive compared to other companies in the area. You can tell this company genuinely cares about doing things the right way. It’s hard to find companies these days that deliver on their promise, but Paul’s Glass Co. absolutely did!

Sorry for the long review, read on for my experience. We purchased a metal security door from Paul's Glass in April and were initially told it would take 3–4 weeks to arrive. The ordering process went smoothly, and the door arrived on time. Unfortunately, the installation is where we ran into problems. The first door was manufactured with the hinges on the wrong side, making installation impossible. We were told a replacement would be rushed, but communication was inconsistent and updates were difficult to get. Over the following weeks, we repeatedly had to contact the office ourselves for status updates, and promises of follow-up and management contact never materialized. After waiting several more weeks and becoming frustrated with the lack of communication, I went in to cancel the order. At that point, I was told the replacement door had arrived the day before, though no one had contacted us. We agreed to move forward, only to discover during the next installation attempt that the replacement door was the wrong color. At this point, my wife spoke with Patrick about our experience. Patrick immediately took ownership of the situation, sincerely apologized for the mistakes and communication breakdowns, and personally saw the project through to completion. The difference was night and day. Communication became prompt and consistent, the correct door arrived quickly, and installation was scheduled right away. Carlos, our installer, was professional, courteous, and apologetic throughout the entire process. In the end, we are very happy with the quality of the door and the final installation. While our experience started off poorly due to multiple ordering errors and a lack of communication, Patrick's commitment to customer service turned things around completely. We appreciate that he took responsibility and worked hard to make things right. We love supporting local businesses, and because of Patrick's efforts, we would give Paul's Glass another opportunity in the future. We hope the level of customer service he demonstrated becomes the standard experience for every customer.

The staff, workmanship, and timeliness of the glass replacement on my cabinet doors where just right! They never disappoint! Very friendly and competent folks.
