While I was navigating a difficult situation he went above and beyond to answer my request, despite it being his day off. This level of dedication shows how much he values his customers. I can tell he is a rare type of business owner who operates with integrity, and it’s evident that this is a reputable company that the community can trust. Duane did a fantastic job replacing the channel balances on most of our windows. We can now open and close the windows without struggles. We contacted another company in town last year, but got ghosted after their initial visit, even after they reaffirmed via text message that they would send me a quote. I thought it was our work being small, so we were kind of discouraged to contact another company since then. I am so glad that I reached out to Jim's Glass this year. It was such a smooth process. I called, and Duane answered the call immediately, and we scheduled an appointment for a free estimate; waited for two weeks for the parts to arrive, then Duane came in (always on time) replaced 30 channel balances, and a glass that had a hole. Thank you so much Duane for making us happy and proud home owners again.
