Twice they have came through in a pinch and got the doors to me earlier then they thought. And did an amazing job each time. Once they sold me a new temp door cheap to use until the new one could be built around the holiday. And once the built new frames for old doors and they turned out amazing. Thank you guys at Ben's. I honestly don’t understand how this place stays open. The second you walk in, you’re hit with the overwhelming smell of cat pee and cat poop. The odor is so strong it sticks to your clothes and makes the entire experience uncomfortable. It feels less like a business and more like a cat sanctuary that hasn’t been cleaned properly in weeks. The doors and floors looked dirty, and the overall atmosphere felt unsanitary and neglected. Everywhere you looked there were signs of cats being around constantly, and not in a good way. If you’re sensitive to smells, avoid this place completely because the odor is impossible to ignore. On top of that, everything is ridiculously overpriced. The prices might make sense if the place was clean, welcoming, and well maintained, but charging premium prices while customers are dealing with awful smells and a dirty environment is unbelievable. I expected much better for the amount they charge. Customer service also didn’t help the situation. Instead of making customers feel welcome, the staff seemed used to the conditions and acted like nothing was wrong. It gave the impression that cleanliness and customer comfort are not priorities here at all. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a business. Between the disgusting smell, dirty atmosphere, and overpriced items, I definitely will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

This place offers several baseboard , doors and moldings selections from less expensive to more expensive. I recommend coming here before going to Lowe's, and Home Depot.
