L&D Payne's Pioneer Glass

Derek Payne came to my house to try to fix a leak on my shower door, saying he could "fix anything". He spent 1 hour on 5/11/2026 and told me that if I had any other leaks, he would come back. I did need him to come back, have called his business 4 times, and was given the assurance that he would stop by. He has not stopped by, or called, in other words, ignoring me. I would not recommend this business because Derek does not fulfill his promises. (This review does not apply to his office person. she was very nice)

we were struggling to put our brand new sectional couch inside our A-Framed house. after struggling for two weeks to get the last part in, we called pioneer glass to have our window removed and put back on. the job was done so quickly and very friendly! so affordable and we will definitely be using your service again!

I like the way everything turned out overall. It took much longer than they said it would and I don’t like the way they left things. Nail holes weren’t filled. Stickers on windows were left when I was told they clean the windows after installation. Also, didn’t put things back they moved and should have covered things in my room to keep the dust off. Showed up one day when I wasn’t notified and always seemed in a hurry. Have a lot of painting to do which I knew they don’t do but more than I thought.
