3D Auto Glass and Tint

My experience here was great! My time wasn’t wasted walked out a happy customer! They are great they done replaced my windshield and did my tint more than a couple times! They never disappoint! Workers always have great customer service.

I stopped by to get a quote for a new window. I was not expecting it to be replaced on the same day but to my surprise the guys had a replacement in stock for my car :) Very happy they were able to fix it the same day. Everyone was very nice, very professional and clean.

My over the phone experience was great. The service I received when I dropped my car off was excellent. The after was not great at all to say the least. The young man who helped me stated that I would be called when my car was finished. I was not.... When I returned to pick up my vehicle it was left unattended and unlocked. I was told the amount I had to pay + plus tax prior to pick up, but was then told something different once I picked up my vehicle. The man who greeted me upon my return was less that pleasant. He gets a 0 for customer service. I guess you can say you get what you pay for. Also,I had some concerns about the installation of my window which were brushed off. I will be taking my car to get a second opinion about the window installation. As I do not feel safe with the install. I planned to return and give more of my business to this establishment. Sadly that will NEVER happen!
