Grass Valley Glass

Grass Valley Glass custom made and installed my glass shower doors. They did an exceptional job. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I would like to compliment their office staff as well. Beth, Gina, and Curtis were very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate their guidance.

First, the wait time to even schedule an estimate was weeks out. Then, when we did schedule something, it was a two hour window rather than a specific time, which is already difficult to manage, but I made it work with my work schedule. Then come the day of the appointment, in the middle of the window of time they gave, the office assistant called to say they wouldn’t be able to make it that day. I had already canceled half my work day to be available for them to come out, and then for them to be so disrespectful of my time as to cancel so last minute. This is not how you run a business or treat potential customers. We went ahead and canceled even having them come out, as they have already shown the kind of company they are.

My Realtor warned me against using this place, and I should’ve listened. Dropped the ball so many times left broken glass everywhere didn’t have enough supplies to finish the job. It took three weeks for them to finish it after I called 5 times. They then came outside of the scheduled area when I wasn’t home, still left 2 windows incomplete and then blamed it on me. sent me a bill before they finished things and then when I called to see what was going on was treated, so disrespectfully and rudely. Never again. There are better companies in town.
