I do not recommend going to them if you need a fast service. I had my appointment at 12 p.m and didn’t get it back until 9:50 p.m. I was told they were going to take 6 hours which I understood. Then, it took longer than usual and didn’t have an update so I decided to call. Which they did not answer. I waited a little longer and received a message at about 6:40 stating they were taking longer than usual because of a supply shortage. I was being very understanding because of the circumstances and didn’t have an update until I called them about 9 p.m which they said that it was going to be ready at 9:30. I get there at about 9:35 and my car is still not ready. They informed that it was gonna be ready in 5 minutes. Obviously it was not since it wasn’t ready until 9:50 p.m. Once I get in my car, I was very satisfied not until I got home and seen that it was not thoroughly cleaned. I paid for a job that did not get done right. I was not going to confront the guy about it but decided to anyway since I paid so much. I sent him pictures to which he replied to the following afternoon. He apologized and said he would be able to do it the day after at noon. So the day comes and I’m not able to take it at that time. He then says he’s not gonna be able to do it that day because of appointments. I understood once again that time it was my fault but then I tried arranging for the following day. He read my message and did not reply so I messaged him again and still have not gotten a reply. This was my last resort because I really tried being understanding.

Very unreliable & unprofessional. I made an appointment & they didn’t even show up I had to text them. Then they said they put me for the wrong date so then that date comes up & then again they don’t show up & I had to text them once again. They come up with another excuse that their van broke down. Let’s say this was the case I’d appreciate that then as a professional place let’s us as the customers know so i don’t waste my time like I did both days. Very frustrating & upsetting! I honestly wouldn’t recommend because of how unreliable they are poor communication skills.
