I am looking to have the windows replaced in my old house, so I have been asking people for comments and recommendations of window brands and installers. I found 2 valuable sources of information about NewPane. First, I met a former employee of NewPane. He says that they did poor work, there were problems on almost all jobs, and the management was not honest and were a mess. He says AVOID NewPane. Also I talked to someone who had NewPane install many windows in her house. She said that NewPane was terrible, and she would not recommend them to anyone. (actually, she used much stronger language). SO I will be avoiding NewPane and probably you should too.

The install date was scheduled for as soon as the windows were fabricated. The install crew was *fast*, polite, clean, and their workmanship was excellent! Lastly, Nancy even took the time to walk me through how to get the promo code entered correctly. I would recommend Newpane to anyone looking for great products and service!

These are some of the most professional workers I've had working at my property! Just completed installing windows for 61 units. Not one complaint from our residents! I commend supervisors Angel and Luis!
