When you read a bad review, BELIEVE IT. This company does not deserve your business, or to be in business at so. Check BBB as well. They are disrespectful, and it shows down to their measure & phone etiquette. The man they send out to your home to measure is a disgrace to customer service. Disrespectful, entitled and no manners. They don’t respect your time; showing up when they want, instead of agreed time frames. VERY IMPORTANT: if safety is an issue for your loved ones, skip this company by all means. The man in the photo walked into my senior citizen, mother‘s home uninvited. You cannot trust this company; no accountability. I don’t think I’ve ever seen more one star reviews for a home improvement company and all of my window jobs in San Mateo County, NYC, Newport Beach and Miami. Who thought a little business in Pacifica would take the cake for worst of all time. I sincerely wanted to give a small local business, the opportunity for an easy job, but they simply don’t deserve it.
