Dolan's Lumber, Doors and Windows

After a frustrating experience ordering a sliding door from Home Depot, I found Dolan’s Lumber, Windows and Doors. From the start, their customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly to my inquiry and every follow up email I sent. Brian went above and beyond to help me, and even shared my situation with Milgard. He was also very knowledgeable and recommended upgrading the screen door for the slider since the standard one can feel a bit cheap, and suggested upgrading the glass to help with temperature regulation. He also gave me a quote for the exact door I originally ordered from Home Depot, in case I didn’t want to upgrade anything. I really appreciated the time he spent helping me, especially since it was just one slider door. Excellent customer service. They definitely have my business going forward. Highly recommend! They were also able to get the door 2 weeks quicker than Home Depot.

Haven't been into Dolan's in a very long time. Had an excellent visit there. We are shopping for a new front door during our remodel. Excellent choices I'm very very helpful.
