Concord Glass, Inc.

I am so happy I found Concord Glass. A few of my dual pane windows failed so I wanted to replace the glass for the windows. I found Concord Glass based on a neighbor's recommendation on Nextdoor.com and I cross referenced it on Yelp. Both sites have great reviews so I called them and two other companies. During Covid19 all the companies wanted me to measure the windows myself except Brian from Concord Glass. I have very tall ceilings so there was no way that I could climb up that high to measure it. Brian is very professional and very knowledgeable. He taught me a lot on different types of dual pane windows and walked around with me checking all the windows to see which one needed replacement. He is very honest and did not tell me to replace more than I need. He gave me the best price and the glasses were ready in less than a week after I paid the deposit. They came today and did a great job of installing the windows. Julio, the owner is very nice too and all the workers wore masks and shoe covers so they wouldn't get my floor dirty. I highly recommend Concord Glass.

The guys were friendly and efficient. Glass replaced in less than 30 min. I had a dual pane slider that leaked. I called on a Thursday and glass was replaced on following Tuesday morning. They cleaned the window too to make sure all was good. I highly recommend. Thanks, guys!

This company must be ran by ran by billionaires because I asked for a quote and a and was completely written off. There's a business that my friends run and that I helped out with whose windows are broken, I asked him for help with the quotes and was shunned. I would have hired to do the job that, but I'll take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same
