Santa Cruz Millwork is an extremely reliable business. Their Marvin product line is primo and Tom the owner is meticulous in reviewing every detail with the client to make sure you receive what you are envisioning. If you don't understand a term, Tom explains it and provides a sample for you to see. He has a good inventory of products of varying price levels and styles for your viewing. I have purchased 6 windows or window groupings along with two patio sliding doors and a hinged door with lockset from Santa Cruz Millwork on four different occasions. There has never been an error nor a misunderstanding with the product I received. All windows and doors were delivered safely without marring. The staff at Millwork are polite, helpful and competent.
