I had all of the windows and sliding doors in my house replaced in June of 2026. I went with Airtight because they had a good reputation. They lived up to that reputation! The work was done efficiently, as they finished 7 windows and 2 doors in only three days. They explained what was happening at each step. Their price was in line with what my internet research had told me to expect. James, the owner, is an interesting fellow. He’s had quite a life in the window trade. Ask him to tell you his story. Jimmy, his son, managed the job efficiently and was pleasant to deal with. The rest of the crew was also easy to deal with. And they worked! They took a lunch break, but otherwise they just cranked out the job at a steady rate. They also cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. Overall, it was a good experience working with them and I would be fine doing it again. And they introduced me to Firehouse Subs (a sandwich shop), which is pretty good, so that was an extra benefit!

Five stars isn’t enough for Jimmy, James, and the entire crew at Airtight Vinyl Siding & Windows. I chased a stubborn leak for three years — tried everything — and it turned out the culprit was my second-floor deck door the whole time. Airtight was in high demand when I called, and I’m genuinely grateful they took on what was, for them, a single-door job. That alone says something about the kind of company they are. Their recommendation to reorient the door to push outward and fully seal the door to the deck - it was exactly the kind of expert insight I’d been missing. Smart, experienced, and completely professional from start to finish. Then came the real test: two major rainstorms back to back. I held my breath, went to check — and nothing. Dry. After three years of frustration and damage, the problem was simply gone. If you’re dealing with a leak or any exterior issue and want a team that shows up, knows their craft, and actually solves the problem — call Airtight. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We had Airtight replace two sliding glass doors and seven other windows. They were outstanding during every phase of the project. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable; they showed up on time; and they got our project done on time, within the original budget, and at a very high level of quality. They do all of the little things right, like leaving the site so clean you can’t even tell they were here (except for the awesome windows). I highly recommend this company.
