We hired GDM to renovate our 2 old decks which were falling apart. We worked with Trey who was very efficient and responsive throughout the project. The whole project from signing the contract to finish took only 5 weeks. Robert, the owner, came several times during the project to make sure things were done right. All the crew members from demolition, concrete paving to sunroom and porch construction were very professional and efficient. We are very pleased with the results and the process. I would highly recommend GDM for any sunroom Projects.

We are SO pleased with our new sunroom! Robert Shipstead of GDM construction was a pleasure to work with. He let us know every step of the way what was happening, did what he said he would do every time. We never had to chase him. All of his crew were professionals in their specialties, did great work, cleaned up after themselves and were so friendly and helpful. Robert always goes the extra mile, even replaced a screen door that my husband accidentally broke, at his own expense. The quality of the room is excellent and adds some much needed extra space to our home. The room is so bright, cheery and comfortable and flows seamlessly from our kitchen. Robert took care of all of the details from laying the flooring to hanging the blinds, curtain rods and the ceiling fan. The only thing we did was paint the walls that he had already textured between the house and the sunroom. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. And the cost was quite reasonable. We couldn’t be happier!

We hit a few unexpected challenges with city regulations while trying to obtain our permits, but Trey and the team at GDM handled it flawlessly. They did an excellent job reworking the design to meet all requirements and executed the build perfectly. The final result is a beautiful sunroom that is both incredibly spacious and aesthetically pleasing. If you are looking for a contractor who can navigate complex city codes and deliver high-quality work, I highly recommend Trey and the GDM team!
