Jay and Oscar were hired to install new Hunter Douglas Skylight Shades (warranty replacement) in our master bathroom. It was a very difficult install in the ceiling with close tolerances and they had to use big ladders to get high enough. Despite many issues that cropped up, they took their time and carefully worked out each one. They suggested alternative ways to fit that looked much better. The end result was amazing! They were clean and careful with the work area and hauled away the boxes and trash even though they were not responsible for doing so. I would also say that it was very easy to book the appointment and I did not have to wait very long to get a date. As they were leaving, I remembered another shade that had a broken pull. Jay took it with him and will repair and return. I was so impressed that I have asked them to bid putting new skylight shades in our second story. You can't go wrong. These guys are the real deal!!
