Jennifer was amazing to work with from start to finish. She took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and was quick to process our order. Afterward, she referred us to an installer, and once our door was delivered, we were ready to go and had our appointment set. However, things didn't go smoothly with the installer we initially chose and he didn't show up the day of the install, which had nothing to do with Jennifer. I reached out to her for help that same day and within minutes, I had two new installers contact me. We were able to get someone scheduled THE NEXT DAY! The new installer even drove all the way from San Jose to Roseville to meet our needs. I was extremely impressed with how quickly and professionally this situation was handled. Without Jennifer’s quick action, we might have had a large hole in our wall for much longer. I truly appreciate her responsiveness and the outstanding service from the installer.
