Cannot recommend enough - I'm a stained glass artist and J&D has installed multiple windows for me - they were the only ones who were able to safely deliver a 7ft x 4ft window, which is what prompted this review! This window was cursed, it had broken 3 times in transit by other companies before I called J&D. Tim and Frank came out and built an insulated crate and they got it to the clients house safely without breaking for install today. I cannot express the weight they took off my shoulders by accomplishing this nearly impossible task. Still in awe, so thankful! Would also like to mention Barbara and James, Barbara has been so kind and helpful with scheduling, and James installed a stained glass panel in an old craftsman for me, a difficult ask that was handled with care and attention to detail. Again, cannot recommend enough!

I needed window screens made for Sears replacement windows in my live Work Warehouse. I threw away the original window screens thinking I wouldn't need them. That was a mistake! I called several other companies that couldn't do aftermarket screens. J&D Glass and Sash immediately said yes. They are super responsive. Within two days they were on site measuring my windows and a week later they were installing the screens. They installed them and noticed that a few of the screens needed to be slightly larger so the next day they remeasured and reordered those screens. Now they are putting a cat door in my kitchen window screen! Who could ask for more?! The screens look great. The service is off the charts wonderful. I highly recommend this company!
