These guys are great! We had a double-pane window that had lost its seal. I got several bids. Some were much higher and needed several weeks to order the window and get it done. Ben said they could do it the same day. They arrived in the morning, at the time they said they would, removed the old window, and returned 3 hours later to install the new window with a 5-year warranty. Very professional.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The mirrors were placed in my home quickly and the results turned out absolutely beautiful. Professional, efficient, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with how everything looks!

To start, the person who answered the phone is apparently the owner and does speak or understand very good English. He would do well to have someone answer the phone who can communicate and understand what it’s trying to be said. Second, made an appointment for a specific day and time and he was a no-show. When I called a few minutes after he was supposed to show up, he fumbled around saying he was looking and then said that he could come right then if I could wait 20 to 30 minutes Or if I wanted to reschedule. I said no, I have other appointments. I need you to come now. 30 minutes later he’s still not there. I called back and he says no he’s not coming because I said I wanted to cancel. Then when I questioned him on it and asked why make an appointment if you’re not going to show up, he just hung up on me! I’ve used him in the past and had challenges, but this was the last straw. I’ll be moving on for my repair needs for my properties.
