I had a complicated situation with a brand new cabin built in 2025 up and Pine Mountain Club where the contractor installed scratched windows which was not discovered until after the home was complete by me, the contractor was taken with legal action and eventually paid for the replacement of multiple high-end Milgard windows and South Valley Glass was a constant support, received the payments eventually from the bad contractor after state license and bond were sued. South Valley Glass properly ordered the correct windows and they were installed with a clean technique everything is now right, they were so patient through my process I had to call them dozens of times to check on if this bad contractor had paid they were always so so very patient, appreciate them.
