I recently completed a full exterior remodel on my home with Wood Masters, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. They handled everything from start to finish, and the transformation is incredible. We had three custom iron doors installed: an entry door, an office door, and a patio door—all the custom iron doors came out absolutely beautiful. The quality and craftsmanship really stand out. In the back of the house, they installed a folding glass wall system leading out to the patio, along with a set of aluminum French doors. What impressed me most is that this wasn’t just a simple install—they actually removed existing windows, reframed the openings, and created a completely new layout to make it all work seamlessly. On top of that, they replaced all of the windows throughout the house, so it truly ended up being a full exterior upgrade. Everything ties together perfectly, and the attention to detail shows in every part of the project. The team was professional, easy to work with, and delivered exactly what they promised. The workmanship, the finished product, the quality, and even the pricing all exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend Wood Masters to anyone looking to upgrade their home.

So it’s taking me a little while to post this because I’ve been torn about doing it. It’s not my style to give bad reviews, but this one is exceptionally overdue. My husband and I hired Wood masters to do interior doors and also to order and install iron doors. The salesman asked if he could work on weekends and for us that was not a problem. We were trying to pay cash, which didn’t really offer us any sort of discount, but that’s not really relevant . All of the interior doors that were installed, have dense scrapes and bumps, and gashes. A job that was supposed to take only a few days ended up taking four weekends. The installer showed up with a teenage boy so we were a little confused as to what was happening there. We had pocket doors installed and other standard doors. Like I said, they all have dings scrapes and do not even open or close properly. The iron doors were promised to us in 20 weeks. It took more than double that time. Then they also told us we owed more money than quoted. We also paid upfront in its entirety, but so much time had passed, they basically tried to say we did not. Because of the cash discrepancy we actually had to eat over $20,000 on this. A bad lesson that we had to learn by not keeping a better record of proof. I just thought that we could trust a company like this. However, being out in the community and knowing a lot of people, I have had at least six other customers say that they have stolen jewelry from their homes, done bad jobs and did not keep accurate records based on cash payments either to try and get more money. The iron door installation came out beautifully, so I will give them that, even though they cost much more than the quote because we had no choice at that point but to take them and pay for it. It just still bothers me into this day that every time I touch one of the pocket doors or other interior doors I have to look at dense scrapes and dings, and they all need touchups. When the irons installers did that job we showed them all the interior doors and they basically just told us.there’s nothing they can do about it. They don’t lineup properly and it’s a shame when you spend that kind of money on your personal home and you get a company that treats you that way.

Wood Masters, Inc. has been a great company to work with for years. I have been working with them on purchasing doors, windows, and hardware for commercial buildings. I also got my own custom Iron Door from them, on my own personal home, that I am very happy with.
