West Coast Fire & Water

The workers that were sent to my home to clean up the damage in my walk-in closet were amazing. They removed all the damaged drywall, insulation and flooring, which was all damaged. They removed all the debris, used a dehumidifier and air purifier to clean and dry out the closet overnight. The next day they finished up by cleaning all the floors. And leaving my home, ready to replace my damaged areas. I would use this company again, but I’m hoping I won’t need to.

Just had the best experience with Emilio and West Coast Fire & Water. We had a water heater leak throughout our home in a rural area that needed to be addressed right away. A lot of water damage occurred since we had been away. It was very upsetting. Emilio and team responded immediately and were so professional and communicative during the entire process. They did an excellent job sealing off the rest of the house and cleared the areas that were damaged. There was a bank of kitchen cabinets that were affected that I was particularly upset about since my father (who has since passed) built and I wanted to save as much of them as possible. The team took extreme care in moving those intact. I am so thankful for that! The pricing was fair, too. I hope not to be in the same predicament, but if I am, I would not hesitate calling on West Coast Fire & Water again. They made a bad situation easy.

Brian Rodriguez and crew were on the job within a few hours after my leak and did a thorough job drying out the house. Brian is a good communicator and updated me daily throughout the process.
