Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Sean from Roto Rooter was excellent. He brought experience & skills in addition to the proper equipment to identify and resolve the plumbing issue in my residence. Several other plumbers were not able to locate the exterior pipe and Sean successfully located this pipe for us. As a result, he was able to clear a long term existing clog that was continuously causing problems on the property. With his partner, the clog was successfully cleared. Sean was friendly and communicated steps in his plan of action along the way to ensure we were aware of what was taking place. He explained clearly in layman’s terms and left the work area clean and in working order upon his exit. It was a pleasure getting Sean assigned to our call.

I had an excellent experience with their plumber and would highly recommend their services. He performed a camera inspection of the sanitary sewer line at my commercial space and provided a detailed report, including a sketch showing the sewer pipe routing and invert elevations. The documentation was extremely helpful and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. He arrived exactly on time, was very friendly and easy to work with, and took the time to explain everything he found during the inspection. With over 40 years of experience, his knowledge was obvious from the moment he started the job. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and provided valuable insight into the condition and layout of the sewer system. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. It's not often you find someone who is knowledgeable, dependable, professional, and affordable all at the same time. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again and will gladly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing or sewer inspection work.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They tried to scam my good friends who are older living on retirement and a fixed income. They called Roto Rooter for a septic system issue a couple weeks back. One guy came out in a personal car and said he had no tools and had to wait for a co worker with the van of tools. This was on a weekend so it was astronomical rates and the guy was supposed to show up at 8pm from my understanding but he never showed up. When they called back no answer. At almost midnight he called and said I am sorry I fell asleep do you want me to come now. They said no come in the morning. He showed up late and no tools. He said he would go wait in his car for the guy with the tools. He went out to his car and about 20 min later my friends noticed he had driven off. Waited all day thinking someone was coming. Called the number they had with no answer or call back. When they finally called back they sent someone out and thought the septic back up was fixed. Two weeks later everything in the house backed up again. After spending hundreds already the wife didn’t want to call RR again but her husband jumped the gun and called. They sent someone out said they had to do $4800 of work to fix the problem. Both of our friends said no way. They were able to find a plumber who came out took a quick look and fixed it for $150. No more problems at all everything is working fine and they have a house full of people living there so it’s being tested real good. DONT call Roto Rooter they specialize in ripping people off especially on emergency calls. I have heard nothing good about this company for years and have never and will never recommend them to anyone. I question all the positive reviews because every experience someone I know who dealt with them always has a negative story to tell. Yeah I am a local reviewer who leaves honest reviews and detailed reviews. You can trust this review. And to Roto Rooter you should be absolutely ashamed of yourselfs and company for operating this way. You sell people a bill of goods making them feel like your company is the only option.
