Serv pro came to our aid quickly when we were out of state and had a devastating water disaster in our home. When I initially called them they were so compassionate and caring and assured me they could help us. This was such a relief being so far from home. I cant even express the relief we felt, that this could be handled right away. Our neighbor let them into our home to start water mitigation as soon as possible, as we could not be home for 3 days after our neighbor found the trouble. Felix who was our boots on the ground person and main contact from that point, was so helpful and explanitory and answered all our questions and concerns. He took so many photos of the devastation which was great documentation for us to have for our insurance. I felt he had our best interests at heart in saving our home from any further damage and getting all the necessary things accomplished to do so in a timely manner. The crew he brought with him each day were equally kind, compassionate and hardworking gentlemen. 2 weeks into the mitigation we received word of how much this was costing so far, and with limited funds expected from our insurance, we were not sure if there would be enough to pay servpro to finish the job and to do restoration of our home, of which I felt if we got people who did as good of a job as Felix and his team did, I'm sure we would have been in good hands. However we did need to stop service at that time, as an old neighbor of ours is a contractor, and we felt he could finish the job more within the budget of the insurance money we had. Serve pro thought it may take 7-8 months to complete, and we felt we may get faster service from our friend. I truly thank serve pro for being there for us in our moment of great need. Their human compassion and Felix's thorough assessment of the situation, and he even found things we were not aware of that were separate problems with the home, were a Godsend at that time for us. I own a Business in a Professional Building located on the bottom floor. The tenant above me had a sprinkler go off in the early morning hours. When I arrived and open my door all the acoustic paneling was on the floor, water was dripping from the ceiling and all my files on my desk were destroyed. It was quite devastating. After taking a moment I called ServePro and spoke to Joe Powers. He came out himself and accessed the damage. He called his workers to come and box up my office, he arranged for a moving Company to pick up and take everything to storage. It was amazing how quick and efficient him and his crew were. They were so professional the building manager had him take care of all the damaged offices. At one point we had about 10 truck/vans outside up and down the stairs taking care of all of us. I can 100% tell you that it was a relief I had them help me out. It wasn't easy but I highly recommend ServPro to anyone who went through what I went through. Hands down , simply the best.
