SERVPRO of Tracy

Excellent service from beginning to end! Never have I gotten such professionalism. Richard Hernandez and crew were a godsend. Coming home from a short vacation to 2” of water in basement was overwhelming to me at 68 years old. Servpro showed up and took over. They had access to basement from back yard and they worked really hard every day without interrupting the lives of myself and my 13 year old son. Wonderful experience! No stress for me at all. I was depressed and upset until Richard took over! Hire without thinking twice!

I just had the pleasure of speaking to Indy, a service employee of Servpro in Tracy, on the phone. I recently observed what appears to be mold around the windows in my home. I have been fortunate up to now and have never experienced this before so I had questions regarding the process. I was uncertain if I needed the assistance of a professional and at what point. Indy was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He showed a sincere desire to help me and displayed patience with all of my questions that I asked. He was generous with his time and never made me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. He is definitely an asset to this company and I know where I’ll go for further assistance!

I met Richard and Adam thru SERVPRO for a broken pipe under my cement slab. They did the mitigation part of process. I planned to come each day to keep an eye on the work at my house. They had a plan. It was the efficiency in how they worked, where so much was achieved in a an orderly fashion, from moving furniture, what went where for max storage and allowing access to where they needed to be to do the job. Floors were coming up. Everything was labeled, and handled expertly. I came back to check after they started, I could see that I was stopping their flow. Needless to say, I realized that I needed to stay away and let the professionals do their job. My furniture was placed with care with plastic coverings, dishes,pots,etc. in boxes labeled...I won't speak on each aspect of the job...but for a particular person as I am, I didn't need to say one thing...they were above my expectation. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Tracy, the men who came to my house are above the grade. I'm still impressed with how neat, how clean, and all of what they did.
