Our upstairs bathroom toilet over flowed and leaked into the carpet at the adjoining wall and also left water stains in the ceiling downstairs! Called SERVPRO @ 8am on a Sunday, they were out between 9-11 the same day. John and his team Martin & Salvador are doing an amazing job getting everything dried out so their Construction team can come replace baseboards, install new drywall in the ceiling, texture and paint! They are very professional and not making the slightest mess cleaning up as they go. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs what their commercial says, “ like it never happened “. See photos

I got a quote from this company for a small area showing signs of mold due to a minor exterior slow leak, on arrival the tech went around taking pictures of the space and stated they would email us their quote. When I asked the average cost of a repair similar to ours ran, he laughed and stated "Mold is Gold" and that the company would let us know via email based on photos taken. A few days later we received a ridiculous quote for thousands of dollars not including sheet rock repair (only treatment and removal). In shock, we proceed to contact 2 other local companies for a second option, both highly rated reputable companies who actually ran a moisture analysis during their visits, the difference was ASTRONOMICAL, and included sheet rockrepair. Needless to say we went with a diffent company. I recommend consumers do their due diligence.

I can't thank Alan Sargent enough for helping navigate through a difficult time. Having never to have had to handle a restoration for a catastrophic event he would call me everyday to let me know where I was in the process and what I could expect. No matter when I called he either answered or called me back right away. I also cannot say enough good things for the fellas that made the magic happen-Dennis, Fernando, Lewis, Salvador, Jose, Hugo, Danny and apologies if I left anyone out. In particular I want to thank Preston who worked with me the most in showing me what needed to be taken care and the meticulous work he did on every step project. Because of the length of the project I feel he became a good friend.
