Clean-Tec Cleaning

I recently requested an estimate from Clean-tec for crawlspace cleaning and sanitizing and interior mold remediation. I was impressed with their service every step of the way. Great customer service over the phone, and I was able to get an appointment right away. Devin and another inspector arrived on time, were super professional and polite, and did an extremely thorough inspection under the house. Devin told me the primary problem in the crawlspace was bacteria, not mold, which I was surprised to learn! He explained in detail the process for cleaning the space, and patiently answered all my questions. (Including later on the phone, when I had even more questions.) The interior inspection in the home was just as thorough. I would definitely recommend Clean-Tec based on their professionalism, deep knowledge, good communication skills, and integrity. These guys know what they’re doing!

Clean Tech Restoration was fantastic to work with. They were quick, competent, and kind during a stressful water remediation situation. After some really negative experiences with other companies in the area, I was understandably on edge — but they handled everything professionally and patiently, even when I was difficult. Their pricing was also significantly lower than other local quotes, and the work was excellent. Highly recommend.
