Called the office for some information regarding mold remediation work and Mark Powers was able to help me. He guided me on how to deal with my insurance claim and what details to ask. He was very friendly and followed up with me during the process to file the claim. He guided me on what to expect on the mold remediation work and the process on getting a clearance test. I am thankful that Mark was there when I was the most stressed. Will recommend this business to anyone.
