During the holidays, my upstairs laundry room flooded due to a faulty hose, leaving my downstairs living room in disarray. I contacted ServiceMaster because I had previously used them about six months earlier when the same room suffered ceiling damage from a roof issue. Damir responded the same day and immediately began the remediation process by installing fans. Knowing this was a second incident, he went above and beyond to help me navigate next steps and made the process as manageable as possible. The following day, he returned with his team to tent the area and bring in dehumidifiers and additional fans. Jesus, Alan, and Miguel were professional, thorough, and clearly took pride in their work. They were consistently polite, communicated clearly when they were coming and going, and always cleaned up at the end of each day even when I told them it was fine to leave things until the next day. The project took about three weeks and spanned the holidays, yet they turned what could have been an overwhelming situation into something manageable.
