If you have had to call a restoration company, you know it can be extremely stressful. Luckily we found an amazing company to work with, Banconn arrived quick and the quote was much more affordable than others in the area! They were super friendly and got our property taken care of with ease. If we ever run into a situation like this again, we will absolutely be using Banconn!

These guys were great!! They showed up on a Holiday Sunday. Our sink faucet broke and flooded out our house. They showed up with all their equipment and saved our house from major damage. Thanks Banconn!!!

At first things seemed to be going great. Then there was frequent problems with being basically ghosted, never getting a response, having my messages ignored, and eventually they abandoned our job. They didn't even tell us they were too busy to finish our job, we just stopped hearing from them. If that wasn't bad enough, the work they did do was pretty poor quality. There are things I told them I wanted to see before they closed it off that they did not show me, so I'll never know, but then there are things they obviously did very poorly. For example, they put a wall back in crooked, the difference wasn't small either, a bit over 3/4" slope in a 3' space. They put the wrong type of sheetrock in the bathroom, put sheetrock in spots it shouldn't be and didn't put it in spots they should have. They cut the subfloor wrong for the drain pipe for the bathtub, which is strange because you can see they marked the correct spot on the board, but just didn't cut it there. When I finally found someone to finish the job they started, I had to have them fix so much of what was done. It created a real headache to do something as simple as install the bathtub because literally everything around that part of the job was done wrong. From a crooked wall, improperly cut sub floor, incorrect framing and the wrong sheetrock as well as the wrong placement of that sheetrock, it was an absolute headache. It's a shame because I really liked them. I thought Thomas was very friendly, honest, and easy to work with. Ultimately they abandoned us, seemingly because they got too busy and left us with a headache and a job that took us over 9 months to get done.
