They tore a apart our bathroom immediately and then it took 4 months for them to get around to put everything back together. 4 months without a working bathroom! The worker they hired took so many shortcuts. We eventually asked them to stop working on our house because the quality was so terrible and ended up putting it together ourselves. We are repairing what he did even 2 years later. For example, when he removed trim around our door, he broke it, left the old caulking, put more on it (you can see the old stuff underneath) and never painted it. He lost the faceplate screws for an outlet so he used a really long screw and caulked the outlet to the wall since it was not secure. Then painted the outlet cover instead of taking it off. When he reinstalled the shelving in the closet he installed it over 12" too high so even at the lowest setting the bottom shelf is ridiculously high. He ripped paint off of door trims when he put up plastic sheeting. I could go on. Be warned.

As a large commercial distributor, we've used Pinnacle for Covid services and sewer backup/flooding. Completely satisfied with their responsiveness and restorative capabilities. Little downtime and highly conscious about not affecting ongoing business operations.
