We woke up to 2.5 inches of water on our first floor, there was water spilling out of the front, back, and garage doors. After the initial shock wore off we spent the next 2.5 hours getting the water out. After calling our insurance company Servpro came out and we are so happy they did. More specifically Carlos and Victoria came out and they were amazing from start to finish. They walked us through the process of remediation and let us know what to expect. It was a comfort to have them working with us. They were extremely efficient and got the fans and dehumidifiers setup that day. Over the next 2 weeks they were constantly checking in on us and made sure that any questions we had they answered or helped us find the answer. I would recommend Servpro to anyone that needs the help and more so Carlos and his team. Thanks for make such a difficult situation a little easier.

Carlos provided exceptional service and demonstrated true professionalism in handling the aftermath of my washer failure, which flooded my entire downstairs. We called SERVEPRO of Pleasanton/Dublin to inspect what appeared to be a roof leak. The technician, Carlos, conducted an inspection of the damaged ceiling and analyzed the entire area for additional unseen moisture. He inspected the attic and provided a detailed explanation of the steps needed to determine the cause and remedy of the problem. He walked me through the other trades that might need be involved; roofing company, solar company, and construction company. He made sure I understood the process and we will definitely be calling SERVEPRO when it is time for their step in the repairs. I highly recommend this company and working with Carlos was a pleasure.
