Mike, the mold technician who came to my house was an absolutely amazing person who is both knowledgeable and just an all-around great person to have testing your home. He not only put me at ease about the process but also made sure to wear booties in the house as well as make sure to take some time to spend getting to know my dog to make them feel more at home as well.
