In September I was away from my desert home and it had a flood from a faulty valve. I did a lot of research online and chose Livewell Restoration. I am extremely happy with my choice. From my first phone call I was treated with kindness and respect. My home is a 600sq foot park model probably a very simple endeavor for them in the scheme of things but I was treated as if my job was the only one they had. I have never experienced a loss like this before and my contact person Helen Brunetta walked me through the entire process, was available every time I needed her to answer my questions, encourage me, take on my anxiety and offer the support I needed throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with within the company was on time, communicative, knowledgeable and respectful of my time, needs and questions. They guided me through the entire process from mitigation to reconstruction of my home and assisted in the entire process including assistance with navigating my insurance adjuster and coverage. Livewell came out set up the drying machines, monitored them, took photos of the process, damage and loss of personal property, arranged for a shell/pod to be delivered to my home, professionally packed up my entire household into the shell, demolished the damaged areas and readied it for reconstruction. Everyday I was given a report of the progress. Kelly Bray my contractor reconstructed my home in 3 weeks from studs to completion and did a fabulous job with the same daily communication, transparency and expertise. I highly recommend Livewell Restoration. This is one of the most stressful situation a homeowner can experience and Livewell made it so much more manageable. I am so thankful I found them.

I had a severe slab leak, with a ton of mold, up my walls at least 4 feet high. I also found out that I had lead paint. Livewell came in and got rid of everything and restored it better than I could ever have expected. They did everything in a timely manner, and worked with my budget, because my insurance company wouldn't help with much, due to "depreciation ". I would love to recommend Livewell to everyone they are all very professional, friendly, proficient, and clean. They also kept me informed every step of the way. Hire Livewell!
