Al Water

My washing machine flooded and I needed to get rid of water rapidly. The reaction from this company was great. They started their water removal service at a very distant point, and did a wonderful job restricting the damage to my floors and walls. The techs were friendly, knowledgeable and capable. They went over everything in detail and ensured the area was entirely dried out. The service was better than I thought.

Our basement pipe burst and it was a catastrophe in minutes. Water was everywhere, pouring into the carpet and climbing the drywall. I appreciated the way they guided me through each phase starting from drying to Mold Remediation in an easy way. They set up equipment and called in every day for the next few days. They took their time & dried everything thoroughly. Finally the basement looked and smelled like a cellar again, which was a tremendous relief after all the hubbub, honestly.

The personnel came back to check on things after they had set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything off. They were always nice, respectful, and professional with our stuff. Everything was clean and dry again in a few days. People were better able to handle a stressful situation when they paid attention to the small things.
