This SERVPRO team is PHENOMENAL! Soon after a water softener was installed by a different company incorrectly, we had sewage blocked up and overflowing into a bathroom and closet one night. The water seeped under floorboards, destroyed the baseboards, some drywall and vanity. The unfinished closet was a puddle of sewage with bare wood and concrete exposed; it was a mess. The next day our local plumber put me in touch with SERVPRO and they arrived at my home that same day with 4 machines to remove water and dry the rooms. This is absolutely the most communicative, fastest moving company I have ever heard of. They checked in regularly to test the water moisture and see how things were moving along. Every employee was extremely professional and punctual, and most importantly, reliable. They not only handled the cleanup, but also communications between the company that caused this issue. Stacie instantly took all the weight and stress off my shoulders and the team worked so hard to take care of the complete removal of everything the sewage touched. They understood my concerns after I saw mold and they ensured everything was removed and the framework was sterilized. They took great care of my home and were extremely neat in the process because of their attention to detail and keeping the area as clean as possible. All while this is happening, they had me in touch with the restoration team who have constantly assured me they are going to put everything back together again. They’ve taken measurement and walked me through the process and while the project isn’t complete yet, I can’t wait to see how the renovation will turn out. We didnt realize our dog door had interior cracks and was leaking inside the wall every time it rained. The water was leaking into the inside of our wall. We noticed due to the base boards yellowing and warping from the wall. Called servpro to assess the damage. Servpro arrived promptly, they were very friendly, professional and helpful. They checked the interior wall for mold and water, thank goodness they didn't find any mold but made sure to put blowers to dry the remaining water inside the wall. Before leaving they did a final check for mold and made sure the wall was completely dry. Excellent service and attention to detail!
