Bovee Environmental Management is a great company to do business with. I received a recommendation to contact them from a local contractor when I inquired about asbestos testing. I worked with John and he was incredibly helpful. Their service was much more affordable then I anticipated. In fact shockingly so. I received a 24 hour result which confirmed no asbestos and allowed me to move forward with my project without delay. I highly recommend them and will use their service in the future.

I can’t express enough how much I appreciate the expertise, transparency, and honesty of the exceptional service I received from the team at Bovee—especially Anthony Miller. Anthony was incredibly thorough in reviewing the results of the mold testing for our home. From the moment we spoke, I felt an immediate sense of trust. He walked me through the findings in detail and confidently assured me that our home was not at risk for harmful mold growth, giving me true peace of mind that my family was safe. The last thing I want to do is give a bad review where it doesn't belong. I'm an owner at the TIMBERLAKE CONDOMINIUM in modesto. I discovered black mold 12000 spore count and I've been fighting with the HOA here to take responsibility do to there neglect on keeping up on the roofs and due to there neglect my building more over my unit is wall to wall black mold. They call BOVEE to come out and do a inspection on mold. well the tech his name was tayler. Wanted to go through everything. My drawers, closets, under sink to check but I noticed it was more of a let's see what he has kind of inspection since the hoa said he was only doing the bathroom. Then he took pictures of every single part of my place i told him not my room or the other bed room and he snuck in a picture still behind my back. Did 3 air quality test and the hid in my molded bathroom and called the onsite manager and whispered for about 5 min then I asked him for a card which he ran out of and left just to go meet up with the onsite manager and her son the head of maintaince and told them I dont know what. It basicly was a search and take pictures of my house to give to the association since im sueing them for leaving me in this place with mold that they caused from neglecting there common area that there responsible for. I felt violated. That man disrespected my trust and for what reason Ill never know, scanned my home and told the manager I dont know what. This Hoa here is shady and I guess their in bed with bovee. I reported it to the modesto bee in hopes the truth can come out about why im the bad guy for reporting mold and to top that off I didn't see him turn the machine on to check for mold and he checked 3 of my rooms. Im so violated and I feel like I cant sleep comfortable in my condo while being disabled.....I will not recommend Bovee to anyone and I will be contacting the BBB to let them know the unethical people bovee hires.
