Green Oak Restoration

It had been many dry years before last year's big storms, so we were completely unprepared for the crazy amount of water that leaked thru our roof during one of last winter's storms. The water caused a significant amount of damage in our attic, upstairs bedroom, and all the way down to the garage! Thank goodness for Green Oak Restoration. We called Green Oak based on the recommendation of a friend, who had suffered from a failed upstairs water heater. Brian at Green Oak, who presumably is the owner, really takes pride in his work and truly cares about customer service. The project extended out quite some time and Brian was always in contact, checking on the quality of work, and definitely always trying to gauge our customer satisfaction. I really appreciated that he cared about us as customers and took the time to ensure we were happy with the work, rather than trying to move on to the next thing quickly.

Had a large water leak in my mother's house caused by a nail that went through the baseboard during a remodel from years prior. In response to the leak, only a small amount of drywall, a bit of mold/mildew mitigation, and extensive drying, we were able to save the recently installed wood flooring from being damaged by the water. Brian and his crew did an excellent job in mitigating any potential mold issues and quickly drying out the area. What started as a major fiasco was quickly remedied and by the end of it all was as if nothing had ever happened. My mother was ecstatic with the care and service Brian and his crew provided and we highly recommend him to others if in a similar situation. Brian also informed us of the various deficiencies of the previous remodeling crew and so we'll be hiring him for any future renovation projects as well due to his expertise and competitive pricing.

My wife and I have been dealing with a strange smell coming from the bathroom for several weeks. I called several of the local mold inspectors, but the only one that picked up and communicated with me was Green Oak Restoration. After speaking with Brian for several minutes it was obvious that he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was very thorough in his explanation of what we should look for and what he would look for in his inspection. The next day Brian came to our place and conducted a couple tests, including a thermal inspection and moisture reading. Fortunately he did not find any mold. Brian will be the first person I will reach out to if I ever need help with any type of inspection or remediation.
