SERVPRO of Carmichael

I scheduled an appointment for a mold remediation estimate last Friday and was told I would receive the estimate afterward. A week later, I still have not received it. I followed up multiple times throughout the week. On Monday, I was told it would be sent within 24 hours. When I called again on Wednesday, I was told I would receive it Thursday morning. After not receiving anything, I called Thursday afternoon and was told someone would check on the status and get back to me. Unfortunately, I never received a return call, and as of Friday, I still have no estimate. While everyone I spoke with was polite, the lack of follow-through and communication has been disappointing. If there was a delay, I would have appreciated a clear explanation and an updated timeline rather than repeated promises that were not kept.

She guided me every step of the way in how the construction process works and made me feel confident in making decisions on my remodel. I had some mold damage I found when rearranging furniture in the guest room. I contacted Servpro and the coordinator Callyn Was extremely helpful in getting the damage mitigated and a claim processed through my insurance company. Additionally, the staff that came to do the mitigation was extremely professional and efficient. They did a great job and I would certainly use them again in any emergency situation.
