Leader Restoration

We had water damage from a toilet overflow and called Leader Restoration. Idan, the project manager, arrived in less than an hour, inspected everything thoroughly, and explained the whole process clearly. He also handled all communication with the insurance company, which made things so much easier for us. The crew was professional, respectful, and took great care of our home throughout the water damage restoration process. Leader Restoration, Rani and team, completed a mold remediation and reconstruction project for singe-family rental property. We are grateful for their high quality work which remediated all the affected areas of the home. Based on a mold test and their own assessment, they came up with a remediation plan. During the job they also exposed and investigated potential areas that may need remediation and cleaned up those areas as well. We leaned on their expertise to know where mold might be hidden from view and where water might intrude, so as the job progressed we felt confident we were fully clearing up all current issues and heading off future issues. We felt confident that they were using professional methods to remediate. A third-party tester checked their work and confirmed they did a great job remediating. After that, they completed reconstruction, which included putting back plumbing, lighting, drywall, carpet, and more. They did a great job coordinating the various trades on an efficient schedule to reconstruct all remediated areas. All throughout the job, we had great communication, progress reports, and any issues that came up during the job were sorted out quickly. OVERALL: highly competent professionals, excellent communication and collaboration, great results. Well worth their price.

We had a serious roof leak that ruined our ceiling and hardwood floor and went in to the crawlspace. I can not say enough good things about Leader. First off, they are trustworthy and provide the same advice I felt they would give to their own home. Second, the quality of work was top notch. They were careful and measured with the demo, sealed off the rest of the home, and made sure to do all the necessary water and mold remediation. Idan and his team also provided great advice on the restoration process. Much gratitude for a job well done!
